Erica

Erica began playing music at six years old. She started taking private Violin lessons with a local teacher and soon after was accepted into Duke String School for Children where she performed in their Orchestra for a few years. She then showed interest in Bluegrass music and began to take lessons in Bluegrass Fiddle with J.B. Prince for nine years. Erica sings harmony as well as lead in the band. She also wrote and illustrated her own children’s book when she was twelve years old named, “My Little Book of Stories”.

Erica enjoyed meeting many different people in their travels playing across the country and being able to make people smile while listening to music as well as laugh at the funny moments the family has on stage just being themselves and enjoying playing music. She currently works as a Software Developer and is a US Navy Veteran. Erica hopes to be able to spread her love of music to her children and teach other children the gift she was given many years ago.
